Dr. Keith Thomae is not only a board certified Functional Medicine physician, but a board-certified general surgeon with more than 30 years of clinical experience in gastrointestinal health and advanced endoscopic procedures. Throughout his career he witnessed the same story repeatedly -- patients were prescribed medications that managed symptoms but never addressed the underlying causes.
